The questions

Answered 0 of 14

1. We can name one task or question that repeats every week and takes our team real time.
2. The answers exist in writing (price list, procedures, opening hours), or one person could write them in a day.
3. Our information is current, and one named person keeps it up to date.
4. People already contact us on WhatsApp, the web, the phone or email.
5. Someone will own the assistant and read a sample of the chats every week.
6. A person is available during opening hours to take over handed-over chats.
7. We know what the assistant must never do alone (payments, medical or legal advice, decisions).
8. We know what personal data people send us, and where it is stored today.
9. We have decided whether sensitive data (health, ID numbers, money) stays out of the assistant or on our own servers.
10. We can tell people they are talking to an automated assistant, with a short privacy notice.
11. We could find, correct and delete one person’s data if they asked.
12. We know how we would measure success (reply time, hours saved, bookings) and have today’s number.
13. Someone with authority has agreed to a small pilot.
14. We are ready to test with 10 to 20 real questions before going live.
