  We talk to the people who will use the system before we build, and build the smallest useful thing first.

• Arabic, English and French from day one

  Not translated afterwards: each language is designed and tested, and Arabic reads right to left.

• Secure by default

  Encryption, named access with two-step login, and hosting in the EU or on your servers. See the security page.

• You own your data and code

  Export your data, or ask us to delete it. Custom projects come with full documentation and, when agreed in writing, the source code.

• Success is a number we agree first

  Such as reply time or hours saved a week. At the end, we report against it.

• Reliable and documented

  We test before launch, show a working demo every week, and hand over documentation your team can use.

• No lock-in

  Month to month where we run something for you. Your data can leave with you. Nothing is built to trap you.
